Return / Exchange policy
Vaarana LLC has exchange policy for items which arrived in damage condition and as wrong
product.
For any unsatisfied expectations, if you would like to exchange any other items, you will
need to contact us within 24hours after receiving the delivery.
Items on "promotion / sales" are not eligible for exchange. Please note that we cannot offer
exchanges on any sale, opened, or used products.
Vaarana.com has strictly NO RETURN and REFUND POLICY.
In case of exchange, customers are liable to pay for the shipping fees (for both return of
original product and shipment of exchanged product).
FREE EXCHANGE ON FAULTY ITEM. If you receive any faulty item, please inform VAARANA
sales team on Whatsapp (https://wa.me/message/UONND3XNKFJSP1) about the fault.
Please note: Colour variations will not be considered as damage or fault, as this colour
variation happens mostly due to lighting during photography or different screen resolutions.
DAMAGE ITEM: Please send us a video and pictures of damage item to WhatsApp
(https://wa.me/message/UONND3XNKFJSP1) / EMAIL. Please note colour variation will not
be considered as damage or fault. After verification, we shall send you the same item to you
absolutely free or shall send credit for the same amount (excluding delivery charges), which
you can use to purchase any product of your wish. Please note that ‘Delivery charges are
non-refundable”. The damage items should be packed in original packing. No other delivery
charges will be levied on Damage replacement.
Exchange should be with the same amount or of greater value.
